Machinability behavior of human implant materials

In the present day and age, engineered materials are making significant strides in their application biomedical sector. Human implants have piqued interest of material metallurgy researchers due to unique properties. Machining into customized for individual patients has been standard practice nowadays. To contribute further same area, current research work aims investigate machinability T-L107.12 (a titanium-based human implant) using a non-traditional method called wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM). The process evaluated based on removal rate roughness meter atomic force microscope. impact parameters output responses was analyzed statistical analysis.
